Damian is a senior Carolina First Covenant Scholar majoring in political science and minoring in entrepreneurship. At UNC, Damian is a Communications intern in the Vice Chancellor's Office of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, was inducted into the Adams Apprenticeship, and had the privilege of studying abroad and interning at startup NIU Technologies in Shanghai, China. Additionally, he previously interned at the North Carolina Office of the Governor and the North Carolina Department of Administration’s Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Office, where he aided in the launching of the Emerging Contractors program, a program designed to connect minority, women, veteran, and disabled business owners to $200 million in State government contracts.
